Yes, we offer parking at an additional cost. Spaces are limited, so please contact us early to secure yours. We also provide short-term permits for loading and unloading when you move in; just ask our team for details.
No more missed deliveries! All parcels are delivered to our secure on-site parcel room. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your package arrives, so you can collect it at your convenience.
Yes, your safety and peace of mind are our priority. The Lark has 24-hour reception coverage, so there’s always someone available to assist you.
Reserving your new home at The Lark is simple:
- Attend a viewing, either in person or virtually, so you can be sure it’s the right home for you.
- Place a reservation fee to secure the apartment. This will later be deducted from your first month’s rent.
- Complete our reference checks, which confirm affordability, rental history and reliability.
Once your references are approved, your tenancy agreement and move-in arrangements will be finalised.

Your rent includes access to all our amazing amenities – gym, cinema room, co-working spaces, meeting rooms – as well as management services, use of the parcel room, and invitations to resident events. Utilities are charged separately unless otherwise stated. Internet will be included in the rent for all leases starting January 2026.

Yes. At the start of your tenancy, a deposit equivalent to five weeks’ rent will be required. This will be protected under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and returned to you at the end of your tenancy, minus any deductions if applicable.
To reserve your apartment, you’ll pay a reservation fee that will be applied to your first month’s rent. At move-in, a five-week security deposit is also required. This deposit will be held for the duration of your tenancy and refunded at the end, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Guarantors are only needed if an applicant does not meet income requirements. In that case, a UK-based guarantor will be required. If you’re unsure, just reach out – we’re happy to discuss your situation.
We want your first day at The Lark to feel special! Our team will meet you for your check-in appointment, show you around the building, and walk you through your new apartment. You’ll receive your inventory and all the information you need to settle in. We’ll even assist with setting up your utilities, so you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Yes, you can book our meeting rooms and cinema room for you and your guests. Just speak to our on-site team, and we’ll help you arrange everything.
To keep The Lark looking its best for every resident, we ask that apartments are left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you moved in. This helps you avoid any cleaning fees at the end of your tenancy.

Once you have moved in you will be sent a link to the Allsop and Lettings Management App. It’s the easiest way to stay in the loop with everything happening at The Lark. You can also check the screens near reception or chat with our friendly team – we love sharing what’s coming up!
